Blazescribe encrypts your files in transit when you upload them and at rest in storage. Your audio and transcripts are used to produce your output, and are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. Transcripts stay in your workspace until you delete them, and deleting them removes them from storage.

We are not SOC 2 certified, we are not HIPAA compliant, and we do not sign Business Associate Agreements. If your organisation requires any of those, Blazescribe is not the right tool for you today, and we would rather say so plainly than let you find out during a security review. Do not upload protected health information.

## How it works

1. **Encrypted end to end** — Files are encrypted in transit when you upload them and encrypted at rest in storage.
2. **Processed, not harvested** — Your audio and transcripts are used to produce your output. They are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model.
3. **Deleted when you say so** — Transcripts and recordings stay in your workspace until you delete them. Deleting them removes them from storage.

## Capabilities

## FAQ

### Is Blazescribe SOC 2 certified?

No. We are not SOC 2 certified, and we would rather tell you that than imply otherwise. If a certification is a hard requirement for your organisation, Blazescribe is not the right fit today.

### Can you sign a BAA for HIPAA?

No. We do not offer a Business Associate Agreement and you should not use Blazescribe for protected health information. If you handle PHI, choose a vendor that will sign one.

### Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your audio and transcripts are used to produce your output and nothing else. They are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model.

### What happens to my data after processing?

Transcripts and recordings remain in your workspace until you delete them. When you delete them, they are removed from storage. Retention details are in our privacy policy.
