Blazescribe ("we", "us", "our") provides AI transcription, translation, and content generation services. This summary describes how we handle data; the full legal text is at https://blazescribe.com/privacy.

## Data we collect

- **Account data** — email address and authentication metadata (managed via Supabase).
- **Uploaded media** — audio and video files you upload for transcription. Stored on AWS S3.
- **Generated content** — transcripts, translations, and AI-generated content derived from your uploads.
- **Usage data** — minutes transcribed, generations consumed, billing period state, plan tier.

## How we use it

- Run transcription, translation, and content generation on your behalf.
- Enforce plan limits and process billing (via Dodo Payments).
- Improve service reliability and prevent abuse.

We do **not** sell your data. We do **not** train models on your uploaded media.
