## Service description

Blazescribe provides AI-powered transcription, translation, and content generation for audio and video uploaded by users.

## Acceptable use

- You retain ownership of media you upload and content you generate.
- You confirm you have the right to upload any media you submit.
- Do not upload illegal content, content you don't own rights to, or content that violates others' privacy.
- Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits or reverse-engineer the service.

## Plans and billing

- Free plan limits are lifetime; paid plan limits reset each billing cycle.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel at any time from the settings page.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case via support@blazescribe.com.

## Service availability

We aim for high uptime but provide the service "as is". We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
